Blazers lock up No. 3 seed with 136-131 win over Kings

Rookie Anfernee Simons made his first start of the season and scored a career-high 37 points, including seven 3-pointers, and the Portland Trail Blazers secured the No. 3 seed in the West with a come-from-behind 136-131 victory over Sacramento.
